I am 47 years old and have struggled with my weight for the past few years due to unhealthy eating habits. I contacted Terry Starks to use his meal plan, which I have used several times. Each time I completed his program, I lost a significant amount of weight. So when I got off track, I decided to reach out to him again.
When did you start your journey?
I started my journey on May 2, 2022, and weighed in on June 27, 2022.
What motivates you to keep going?
Terry is my motivation because he really loves what he does: Transformations.
How did you change your eating habits?
Terry gives you simple meal plans, which include lean meats, veggies, protein, etc. I was a junk food eater in the past. Now I eat clean small meals throughout the day.
What was your workout routine?
The workout routines are simple: moderate cardio. For my first two weeks, I did daily cardio in the morning. Then, on week 3, it was cardio twice a day.
Starting weight/Current weight
My starting weight was 204 pounds, and now I weigh 171 pounds. I lost 33 pounds in 8 weeks on his meal plan and have been maintaining well.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
I learned from Terry Starks that eating clean and maintaining a workout routine keep me healthy and feeling wonderful about myself. I have recommended many friends to Terry.
